Jan 3 - Mar & July........$2900/week (Entire Villa)
Apr - Aug, Nov - Dec...$1500/week (2-6 guests).......$2000/wk (7-13 guests)
Sep-Oct........................$1200/week (2-6 guests).......$1500/wk (7-13 guests)
Easter Week.................$3400/week (Entire Villa)
Thanksgiving...............$3400/week (Entire Villa)

Christmas Week..........$5300/week (Between Dec 20 - Dec 29th)
New Years Stay...........$500 nt. (3 nt. min)
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.

Rates: include all taxes and fees, linens & towels, room cleaning every third day, as well as nightly security. Beach towels not provided.

Deposit: 50% of rental rate is required to hold the reservation with remaining balance due two months prior to arrival date.
Payments: can be made by personal check or money orders.
Damage deposit: refundable $300 deposit.
Cancellation: Cancellations will be honored 60 days prior to arrival with full refund less $100 administrative fee. After 60 days refund is provided if any days are rented.
